• Weeks 3-4: Desensitizing begins! We expose the puppies to various sounds (like vacuums and blenders) and textures (like grass, carpet, and mulch) to help them feel comfortable in different environments.
• Weeks 4-6: It’s time for weaning and doggy door training! We teach the puppies to eat solid food and use a doggy door to potty outside—no pee pads here! This sets the stage for easy housebreaking when they join your family.
• Weeks 6-8: Crate training begins! Puppies spend 1-2 hours daily in their crates, learning self-soothing techniques and developing positive associations with crate time. This makes the transition to your home smoother for everyone.
